Our high-speed data collection system "DA5000" can connect to widely used control networks (such as MELSECNET, FL-net, P-Link) that are primarily composed of PLCs, allowing data on the network to be collected at a maximum interval of 10 milliseconds. The hardware utilizes a general-purpose Windows-based PC, achieving a cost-effective system. Collected data can be viewed in real-time and historical displays as trend graphs, with the ability to zoom in and out on amplitude and time axes as needed. An optional FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis function is available, enabling frequency spectrum visualization. Additionally, this system can be built as a client-server system and supports remote maintenance.
